RAFFAELE MASELLIS

Raffaele Masellis is a family lawyer at Pace Law firm. Raffaele has successfully represented hundreds of clients in the negotiation, mediation, arbitration and court process.  He appears regularly in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice as counsel for his clients.

Raffaele graduated from York University in 1996 with a Specialized Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Administration. During his time at York University, Raffaele represented York at the 1994 Harvard University National Model United Nations Conference in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Raffaele went on to study law at the Western Michigan University Law School in Lansing, Mich., U.S.A.

In line with Pace Law’s guiding principle of ensuring our clients’ interests always come first, Raffaele’s focus, attention to detail, knowledge of the law and procedure, and tenacity translates to achieving extraordinary results for his clients. Raffaele prioritizes his involvement with the community by appearing as Duty Counsel and Advice Counsel in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice on a per diem basis several times a month assisting unrepresented litigants. Raffaele also regularly volunteers his time discussing Family Law issues at various community events across the GTA. Raffaele is able to communicate to clients in both English and Italian.
